People have already said that they would love to do this again. Even though the rain kept us from walking around to view the holiday lights, the event was a huge success. The chef was able to accommodate some special dietary restrictions with the menu, which was very much appreciated.”

“Our party last night was perfect! Everyone thought the venue and service was wonderful and the food was great and plentiful. I have planned many parties, but you all made this very easy. I was able to enjoy the party and got a lot of praise (for what you all did)! Also, everyone at the zoo was so kind and helpful. I had to meet several employees at the gate to give them their tickets last night. The lady at the gate led me to Guests Relations so I could be warm and dry. Then I was able to leave a few tickets at Guests Relations for employees running late – I did not have to miss any of the party. As soon as I walked in Ndoki Lodge, I met Sara who was greeting us all. She was so helpful all evening especially with our employee on crutches. Honestly, all parts of your service was outstanding.”

“Sarah, our event manager, and her team were absolutely AMAZING! They were on top of everything and worked with us to change a couple things at the last minute. They were professional and very knowledgeable. The food was outstanding and was constantly refilled so it never looked empty. Tables were cleared of trash so regularly that I never saw any dirty plates/cups. Bar service was perfect. A little hiccup with the A/V sound, but Sarah jumped in to fix it. We absolutely love hosting our events at Riverbanks and appreciate the staff attending to our guests as if they were their own!”

“The feedback that we received from our attendees was very positive. They enjoyed the venue and the food. Our interaction with Olivia before and during the event was very professional and she had no problem answering all of our questions. Noelle was there early to greet us on the day of the event and made sure that we were accommodated from the main gate to the Ndoki Lodge. She and David checked with us to make sure we had everything that we needed during the course of the day. Justin who was with us for every minute of the event coordinating the menu was fabulous. Every item was in place before the time of breaks and before lunch began so the schedule of the event was flawless. He moved with such efficiency that we didn’t know when he set up the refreshments or when he moved them out of the way. He has a very good attitude and considering he has not been there but a few months speaks volumes about his professionalism. Kudos to this event staff and we would love to work with again in the future!”
